About Rogerson Communities

2009 Annual Report

Annual Report 09Although an annual report is typically produced to outline financial figures of the past year, we’ve tried something a little different for 2009. In addition to giving you the numbers, we also designed this piece to highlight some of the stories behind the numbers. We aim to give you a glimpse of what your support means to the many, many elders in need who live in Rogerson low-income housing and participate in our adult day health programs. Without your support, the need – already great – would be even greater. And for that, we thank you.

2008 Annual Report

Health and wellness – for our low income elders, as well as our organization itself – was a big focus for Rogerson in 2008. We close out 2008 with a strong sense of health and vitality as an organization, with the pledge that in 2009 we will continue to take the pulse of the needs of elders in and around Boston, and set the bar even higher for ourselves, and those we serve.

2005 Annual Report

Success calls on the successful to achieve that next loftier goal. By all
measures, 2005 was not only a successful year for Rogerson Communities, it was a remarkable year. With the momentum from The Campaign for Rogerson Communities providing an inertial push, we were able to capitalize on the opportunities it provided to build on 145 years of tradition, and to experiencesignificant progress.

2004 Annual Report

2004 was a year of tremendous growth for Rogerson Communities. It was growth that went beyond the buildings for which we broke ground, beyond the exercise machines we installed and even beyond the new non-profit clients who turned to us for real estate development and management support. At the core of Rogerson's passion for growth is a true passion for people - a passion for the dignity, longevity and vitality of the many diverse individuals who are our communities.
