Roslindale House, developed by Rogerson in 1987 in the former Roslindale High School, includes 83 affordable apartments for low-income elders and people with disabilities. Managed by Rogerson since it opened, this property also includes an adult day health program, dementia day program, Rogerson Fitness First center, Florence House coops, community space for the greater-Roslindale community, and Rogerson’s administrative headquarters.
